Hello All! Still working on "Long Time Gone" blocks. My eyes are crossing with all the half-square triangles I'm sewing. My sister from "My Sister Made Me Do It... blog found a fast and easy way to make half-square triangles BUT too late for me since I'd already cut out 10,000 squares to make them the old-fashioned way. Click here to see Ida's tutorial for making them the fast way.
Anyway, I finally finished the "Square in a Square Stars." Notice the side-ways house block in the middle....

Nice! I love how colorful your blocks are! That's the beauty of scrappy blocks isn't it? I'd better get going on my other HST blocks so I can keep up with you!
Looking great! Love the house block in the middle of your square in squares block - it's so you :) Loving the bright colors you are using in the others. You're making great progress can't wait to see the final!!
Can't you just rotate the block? Lookin' good!
I just love all of these blocks. They will make such a fun quilt. You two gals are really pushing each other on this project. I love seeing how you inspire one another.
Gorgeous bright blocks and it's great you are both encouraging each other.
