"My Jane" Block E-5

Encouraging words of the day:
For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. ~ Galatians 5:13, NLT

I wish everyone a happy and safe Independence Day holiday.  We will be going to the mountainous area of New Mexico to get away from the Texas heat.  Unfortunately, New Mexico continues to experience terrible wildfires in that area and we continue to pray for the safety of the residents and the fire fighters.

I'm still working on “My Jane.”  This one looks difficult but it wasn’t.  It turned out to be fast paper-piecing.
  E-5

I made 2 tablecloths to use for our 4th of July celebrations.  This larger one looks like a table runner but it is a full-sized tablecloth.

There was some fabric left over so I made this little cloth to use somewhere.

Giveaways I've run into:
"Quilting Along the Gorge" is giving away an AccuQuilt Go Baby Cutter and 3 dies. – ends July 9th.

Blueberry Patch is having a giveaway.  You could win a half meter each of Strawberry Fields in Robin's Egg and Henna Gardens in leaf both from Sandi Henderson's Meadowsweet 2.  -ends July 4th.

Joy Of Quilting is having a giveaway.  You could win Slice Fabrique Cordless Digital Design Cutter. - ends July 22nd.

Butternut Street is having a giveaway.  You could win a Penny Lane 1/2 yard bundle; 2 1/2 yards total. - ends July 5th.

That is all.

Your RW&B pieces are wonderful and will be enjoyed for years to come. Have a safe trip and enjoy the 4th.
